Electrical System: The home is serviced with 400 amp electric service with "Off Peak" electric rates applicable to the heat pump, plennum heater, in floor heat boiler and 105 gallon water heater. The total electric cost for the home for the year 2009 was $1,815.00 and in 2010 $1,865.00. All outdoor electric power is connected through GFCI circuits for electric shock protection. Water and plumbing: Water is provided by a 180' well with a 4" well pump. All pipes in the home are PEX. The sewer system is a mound type septic system. Propane: Gas is used only for the stove top and the gas fireplaces and is therefor minimal.
